這些快樂與時尚的元素，就是雙清灣水街的氣質與稟賦。聽，那位女孩在告訴閨蜜：“來吧，總有美好與你相遇!”

水街的建筑風格吻合年輕人的審美，不是方方正正，四平八穩(wěn)，而是幾何造型，行走其間，是驚喜和意外。毗鄰雙清灣公園，建筑與水景交相輝映。設計者還引水入街，這里一個小噴泉，那兒一泓清池，潁淮文化的韻致在細微處有了體現。
